Bc. Yellow Bird (B. nodosa x Bc. Richard Mueller)

Nodosa hybrids are so easy to grow and so floriferous that every grower should have this plant in their collection.  This is one of the best beginner orchids because of their hardiness, robust growth and rapid reward.  Plants can bloom up to three times per year and grow to specimen size quickly.   3.5-4 in. flowers are yellow with red spotting on the lip.  Near-blooming-Size plants offered for sale are growing in 2 in. pots.
