Shipping

         We ship on Monday & Tuesday, orders placed Wed through Sunday will be shipped the following shipping days. Currently, we are shipping only within the continental US except for Arizona as the phytosanitary requirements are too costly.

          We pack all our plants securely, but the handling of the packages is out of our control so we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of spikes, buds, or flowers. Shipping times may vary due to delays that are out of our control.

          In the case of extreme temperatures, too hot or too cold, shipping will be delayed ensuring the health of your plants. We will continue to grow them until it is safe to ship.

Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy and stand by our plants. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please bring it to our attention within a week delivery. Include photos of the problem in an email so we can better assist you. We guarantee our plants and will do our best to make it right. As a last resort, you can return a plant at your own expense for a refund of the value of the plant.
